Being pregnant can be joyous and overwhelming at the same time. 1. Deep Squat: Lower your body into a squat keeping your knees out wider. Go to a point where it is a comfortable stretch.
2. Childs Pose: Make sure your knees stay out wider to allow for your growing belly! Reach your hands forward while keep your buttocks on your heels, reach forward until you feel a stretch.
3. Pigeon Pose: This stretch stretches your gluteals and is good for your low back. As your belly grows, you may have to maintain a more upright posture or transition to the seated position.
