Meet Our Team
Jameka Muhammad, MPT, DN. Cert
Jameka is a transplant from Madison, Mississippi and is happily married with 3 girls. She graduated from The University of Tennessee, HSC in 2003 with her Masters in Physical Therapy. Over the years, she has received several certifications in her pursuit to help as many people feel better, function better, and get stronger.
With over 21 years of client treatment from pediatrics to geriatrics as well as the athlete and Weekend Warriors, Jameka is a well-rounded Physical Therapist. She is certified in Dry Needling, John F. Barnes - Myofascial Release I, II and Rebounding, Pilates Mat and Equipment, Functional Movement and Taping, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilizations and Cupping, MET and Strain/counterstain, Jameka is always eager to learn new things in order to provide her patients with the best possible care while helping them achieve their goals.
Jameka treats all of her clients like family and she is very invested in them achieving their goals. It is her goal to use her God given talents to "help people improve without unneeded surgeries or steroid injections."
Ashley Holden, DPT, CERT DN
Ashley earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Midwestern University in 2005. She obtained her certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist in 2005 and is also certified in Dry Needling.
Ashley is married with 2 children and enjoys horse back riding with her daughter on their horse Squeak! She played Division l softball while doing her undergraduate work at Loyola University Chicago.
Through her continued education she learned many useful treatment techniques for a variety of physical dysfunctions and is proficient in treating the following: Chronic Pain, Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis, Common sprains and strains of the body, Sports Injuries. She is also trained for the Post-surgical rehab of the back, neck, shoulder, knee, foot and ankle to name a few! She also focuses on basic women's health issues including mild incontinence or pre/post partum rehabilitation.
Treatment techniques Ashley utilizes include dry needling, moving and stationary cupping, soft tissue techniques, Mobilization with movement, strain/counterstain, dynamic and static stretching.
Shirley Hyde, OTR/L
Shirley is from Indiana is has been licensed for over 29 years with evaluation and treatment experience in the areas of School based therapy, Industrial Rehabilitation, out-patient Hand Therapy, and skilled nursing rehab. She is also a Reiki Master Practitioner.
Shirley holds certifications in performing Functional Capacity Evaluations, Work Conditioning/Hardening Program, Ergonomic Analysis, Workstation Analysis, writing Job Descriptions; Physical Agent Modalities (CPAM); Kinesiotaping (CKPT); Functional Movement Techniques utilizing Myofascial Cupping (FMT); Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) using Rock Blades.
Kristina Katiliene
Kristina has worked in the medical field for over 30 years. She has worked as a medical assistant and office staff for several years. In 2017, she entered Massage Therapy school at Soma Massage Institute , and since then has been working at Anointed Hands Physical Therapy to help patients feel better. She specializes in Swedish and a Therapeutic style of massage which assists the therapist in getting optimum results for the patients seen in the clinic. She utilizes cupping and other modalities if needed during her sessions at no additional charge.
