DRY NEEDLING

What is Dry Needling and How Does It Work?

Dry needling is a technique physical therapists use for the treatment of pain and movement impairments. This technique uses "dry" needles (ones without medication) that are inserted through the skin into areas of muscle tightness, muscle restrictions, or trigger points.  The needles help to disrupt the signal that is telling the muscles to contract, thus causing relief.

Dry Needling benefit those experiencing
