Tips for Managing Migraines!!

  3. Stay hydrated: Dehydration can sometimes trigger migraines, so it’s important to drink enough water throughout the day. Keep a water bottle with you and ensure you’re adequately hydrated.
  4. Consider over-the-counter pain relief: Non-prescription pain medications like acetaminophen (Tylenol) or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as ibuprofen can sometimes help relieve mild to moderate migraines.
